Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a form where you can provide the necessary details for your replacement request. Please make sure to fill out all the required fields accurately.

After submitting the form, our customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours. They will guide you through the process and assist you in completing the replacement request.

In order to be eligible for a replacement, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the date of purchase
  • The product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging
  • The product has not been used or damaged

Please note that the following products are not eligible for replacement:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Products that are custom-made or personalized
  • Products that are sold as part of a promotion or bundle
  • Products where customers are not happy with the look/sound quality
  • Physical damage / Empty / Wrong not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
