We offer free shipping on all Prepaid orders . For Cod orders shipping is INR 49/- within PAN INDIA.
- Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
- Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact iNFiRe Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at d2c@goinfire.in with your order ID and images of the product. iNFiRe will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at d2c@goinfire.in, mentioning your order ID. iNFiRe will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
