iNFiRe Warranty Guidelines

Warranty Policy

iNFiRe products are covered under a limited Carry-In Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, when used under normal conditions.

This warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and is valid only within India.


Warranty Coverage Period

The warranty duration varies by product category:

  • Speakers:
    1 Year Warranty
  • True Wireless Earbuds (TWS), Power Banks, Adapters & Wireless Mouse:
    6-Month Warranty
  • Neckbands:
    3 Months Warranty

What This Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects arising from:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues under normal usage conditions

If a product is found defective within the applicable warranty period, iNFiRe will repair or replace the product free of charge, at its sole discretion.


Carry-In Warranty Process

This is a carry-in warranty, which means:

  • Customers must send the product to iNFiRe’s authorized service centre.
  • Upon receipt, the product will be inspected and tested
  • If approved under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced
  • The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to the customer at zero cost

📦 Both service and return shipping are completely free for valid warranty claims.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Physical or cosmetic damage
  • Products opened, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel
  • Damage caused by power surges, excessive voltage, current, or overheating
  • Damage due to fire, water, floods, or natural disasters
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • iNFiRe shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages
  • Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period
  • The final decision on warranty approval rests with iNFiRe’s service team
