iNFiRe offers a 7-day replacement policy on all products purchased through our website. The replacement request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products that show signs of use, physical damage, or tampering will not be accepted for replacement.
Replacement Processing
Once we receive and verify the returned product, a replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions to the Replacement Policy
The following items are not eligible for replacement:

Products sold as part of a promotion, deal, or bundle

Requests based on personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with look, sound quality, or performance)

Physical damage, missing items, empty box, or wrong product issues that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on products purchased from Goinfire.com.
However, in the rare event that a replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
