iNFiRe Warranty Guidelines

Infire products are backed by a limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

To make a warranty claim, you must:

  • Provide your name, address, and order number.
  • Describe the problem you are having with your product.
  • If possible, send us a photo or video of the problem.

We will review your claim and determine if it is covered under warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Products that have been damaged by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Products that have been subjected to excessive voltage, current, or temperature.
  • Products that have been damaged by fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
  • Products that have been lost or stolen.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
